Tito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was a resident of Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave the name Tito. His parents, both heroin addicts themselves, made his childhood difficult. He was a part of the gangs. He also used cocaine and other drugs. He was confined to juvenile halls when he was a child. When he turned 13years old, his parents divorced. He attended Huntington Beach High School where he wrestled. His mother exiled him when he turned 18. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to pursue his passion for wrestling and eventually attend college. He was then married for five years to Kristin his first wife. Following that, he entered into a relationship Jenna Jameson. They had twins. The couple has since split. Tito Ortiz is currently dating Amber Nichole Miller.
